Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange and download your prepaid USPS shipping label provided by our system.

  Pack Your Frames

  Securely place the eyewear in its original packaging, including the hard case and microfiber cloth, to ensure safe transit.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop your package at any USPS location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
